Copyright complaints

Upload only documents, photographs and other material you have authority to use. Flower Freight may restrict infringing uploads and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Report a concern

Email info@flowerfreight.app with: your contact information; the copyrighted work; the specific material and its location in Flower Freight; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.

We review reports, may restrict access to identified material, and may notify the uploader. For private transport records, identify the account, load or document rather than publicly sharing confidential material. Records subject to legal retention requirements may need to be preserved with restricted access.

Disputing removal

If you believe material was removed by mistake, contact us with the material and its former location, your contact details, an explanation and your signature. We will provide the applicable counter-notice process and may share your notice with the complainant. Seek legal advice before making statements under penalty of perjury.
